The meal exceeded my expectations with beautifully presented dishes that were both creative and flavorful, especially the cabbage and the smoked fjord trout, though the duck tart was not to my taste. The service was warm and knowledgeable, with the staff providing clear explanations without overstaying, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The minimalist ambiance, complemented by the cozy fireplace and open kitchen, created a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience that I look forward to repeating.
