If anyone is ever looking for an ice cream truck to rent, we highly recommend NOT hiring Good Humor Dave. We had booked him for our daughter’s wedding last year but since the reception was pushed back to this year, he agreed to change it to this year.
We’ve been in communication with him for almost 2 years. Our last email confirmation from him was May 18, 2021
June 14, 2021 we called to confirm only to find out that he’s not coming. He never called or had the courtesy to send an email
He offers no apology.
Now we’re trying to scramble 10 days before the reception
He told me that he had no intention to call or email us. He just wasn’t showing up to our party because he got a last minute request from a family member to go to their party instead.
From reading other recent reviews, it sounds like he’s a no-show often.
