Terrible. This was the first and last time. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, well done. I specified can you make sure it is crispy so the cheeses is brown. They told me 15 minutes. I said can you leave it in the oven longer. The crust was so soft it was not even cooked all the way. I asked if the could put it back in the oven. I was told no.
