I need someone to call me I want to file a complaint on a waiter…
Today is Sunday 3/20.
I arrived to the Orland Park location at 7:00pm places my order along with my sister and niece.
1hour and 30 minutes later I we still hadn’t received our food. 30 minutes later my sister and niece receive there food, but I still didn’t.
I go to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager and she walk off.
The waiter even brings out my sisters to go order but still not my food…
It’s now 939pm, I still don’t have my food. I’m leaving and starving.
This was a horrible 1st experience..
The waiter was horrible to me….
