stopped in Mijo's tacos to grab a bite and do some work.
I thought this was just an average taco place.
I was wrong.
I ordered a taco plate (pastor)
Visually, it was beautiful!
The pastor tacos were out of this world.
Cooked perfectly. Not dried out like many places. The rice & beans .....also perfect.
This place is a absolute must try! I will definitely be coming back with the family
