We have gone to First Watch restaurants in Oxford, Ms, Bankston SC, Oak Brook Il, and Naperville. Everything was great until last week. We went to the Naperville restaurant, was seated, then waited 20 minutes with no contact from a server, then we left. Went back this week, gave our order, waited really long time for food, server kept apologizing about the kitchen being slow, finally got served aster about 30 minutes. Don’t know what the problem is, but you need to fix it. Adjusting the bill is not the answer!
