This Culver's cares more for their employees than their customers. We had a good meal at this culvers(did take awhile to receive it), after filling out a survey you receive a free cup of ice cream. So, like other Culver's, I ask for hot fudge on my ice cream. The other day, the employee said I have to pay for the hot fudge. I've never had pay for this before, at this Culver's- I had this problem before at this same culvers . All other Culvers do not charge for the hot fudge. The problem was rectified via the franchise manager via Culver's corporate. Now, I contacted this Culver's franchise again via corporate & complained that the Culver's employee was blistic & demanded I pay for the hot fudge, my 90 year old Mom also complained - the employee implied that Mom should shut up. The franchise manager called me, & defended the employee claiming that they charge 70 cents for the hot fudge on the free ice cream. I paid $16 for the meal at Culvers, the 70 cents is not the issue. It is the principle of their attitude. The franchise manager acted like I was lying, and the managerwas almost as nasty as the employee I complained about. I will go never back to this Culvers again.
