Growing up in the area, I've always loved the classic Chicago haunt within the Museum of Science and Industry where you can find authentic ice cream. The genuine hot fudge sundaes with a wafer cookie on the side are a must-try, complete with the non-waxed crunchy sprinkles. It's a timeless spot for a first or chaperoned date, offering well-made, beautiful treats that will leave you wanting more.
