Shanahan's, often mistaken for an Irish pub, offers a unique blend of Creole cuisine that has left me with mixed feelings over multiple visits. While some dishes, like the shrimp and grits and fried calamari, consistently impress, others can be hit or miss, yet the friendly atmosphere and attentive service always make for a good time.
