My parents and I went through the drive-thru today, 8/17/2018 at about 1:45PM. I verified my order multiple times with the girl taking the order. When we arrived at the window, we paid and waited for some time before we received our order. Nevertheless, when we arrived home and opened the bags, we were short one sandwich and and order of fries. The order was for two chicken taco salads (w/coupon), one prime steakburger & fries (w/coupon), two mushroom swiss burgers (2 for $3) and an extra order of fries.

After verifying the order multiple times, no wonder you are looking for more help. Either train these people better or have someone double check the orders.

I can't give you any stars!!!
