The food at Tacos El Durango is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, with standout dishes like the steak verde chilaquiles and grilled chicken burrito that never fail to impress. The staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, making ordering easy and enjoyable, whether for dine-in or carryout. The cozy, clean atmosphere and variety of menu options, including vegan and vegetarian choices, make it a welcoming spot that I'm excited to return to again and again.

Hands down the best spot for tacos in Gurnee! Recently indulged in their catering services and was blown away by the quality. Supporting a local gem like this is a must, especially when the food is this delicious! Opted for the steak verde chilaquiles with extra onions and avocado, a flavorful choice despite some minor issues with the steak texture. The rice and beans were spot-on, cooked to perfection, and the service was warm and welcoming. Fast, fresh, and packed with flavor, Tacos El Durango is a must-visit for authentic Mexican cuisine in the area!
