Chengdu serves up some seriously authentic and flavorful Sichuan dishes with generous portions that never disappoint, whether I'm dining in or grabbing takeout. The spice level can be intense, so I usually ask for mild, and I love how accommodating they are with dietary needs like gluten-free options.
