Jeff and the staff are always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the wait during a flight delay much more enjoyable with great drinks and tasty food like the Mom's Ricotta Meatballs & Spaghetti or the pepperoni pizza. The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, and despite some minor issues with table spacing and a recent smaller menu, it remains my favorite spot at ORD for a satisfying meal and excellent service.

Jeff and the team at this airport restaurant are truly exceptional - they are friendly, informative, and always on the move. The drinks served before my flight were strong and delicious, setting the perfect tone for a wonderful dining experience. The Mom's Ricotta Meatballs & Spaghetti dish that I had was absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Chicago.
