The vibrant atmosphere and creative fusion of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, and Italian flavors by Chef Edward Kim made for an unforgettable dining experience, especially the Mentaiko Kimchi Udon and the famous burger, which was perfectly cooked with crispy fried onions. Although the seating is mostly communal and the noise level quite high, the friendly staff, delicious cocktails, and diverse menu offerings, including standout dishes like Everything Wings and Skirt Steak Kalbi, kept me coming back for more.
