Customer service. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received in the modern automated world. I had originally ordered some traditional pork bangers for Christmas. The first order I received was damaged in transit and the packages were unfortunately compromised. I emailed Jolly Posh that day at 7:02pm expressing my disappointment and expecting refund. The owner, Nick called me two minutes later at 7:04pm!! I was shocked, I mean, who does that?? Name one other company, I bet you can't. Anyway, I had mentioned to him that I wanted to serve the traditional bangers for Chrismas and since the packages were damaged I could no longer use them. Two days before Christmas and what am I to do? Nick wanted to make things right. He went out of his way and shipped new bangers overnight, they arrived on Christmas eve, all packages sealed and safe. I could not believe it. Never would I even think that a company would operate in this fashion, I was expecting an email response with no help. Instead, the owner called me, handled the situation and now has a customer for life! PS- I just cooked up some bangers for breakfast. Of course I need to try them first, absolutely delicious. The flavor basically crossed the Atlantic from England and made its way into my Kitchen in Buffalo NY! Thank you thank you thank you! Recommend 100 times over!
