The loaded potato skillet was a crunchy, textural masterpiece served alongside my upgraded signature cinnamon roll pancakes, which were cleverly rolled and drizzled with cinnamon powder, caramel syrup, and cream cheese icing-sweetness perfectly balanced. Between the delicious homemade English muffin with cinnamon butter and the friendly service that even left my order outside when I was late, this bakery-diner hybrid has officially stolen my breakfast-loving heart in Des Plaines.
