I order from Lou's occasionally and recently used a promotional code for a customized order. David provided excellent customer service, ensuring everything was processed correctly, and the deep dish pizza and salad were delicious and satisfying for my family. While the food and atmosphere are great, the delivery service struggled with directions, causing the pizza to arrive cold, so we plan to pick up our orders in the future.

Lou's is my go-to for authentic Chicago deep dish pizza, and I always enjoy my experience there. David's customer service is excellent; he ensured my customized order was processed perfectly, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal with my family. While the delivery can be hit or miss, the quality of the food and welcoming atmosphere make it well worth the visit.
