Charlie at Pierre's Bakery is a lifesaver! He whipped up a personalized cake for me in under an hour during a time crunch. The staff is patient, kind, and always strives to fulfill your exact requests, and the cakes are absolutely delicious.

I have purchase cakes from Pierre for the past 15 years, I have noticed lately, their cakes are not the same.
I purchased a German Chocolate Cake recently and it was 3 layers but when I received it was 2 layers, so they told me it always been two layers which is not true - this is birthday cake.
December 1, 2018, I picked up my 1/2 Sheet Strawberry Short Cake with Glaze Strawberries. I received the filling to be preserve filling and not fresh strawberries, the cake taste like Walmart Cake, they have cut the recipe for their cakes, usual when you purchase cake, the box be heavy, no more.
Very disappointed in this bakery. That was a long trip to be taking for this cake - not good at all.
