After walking 9 miles in 15-degree sunshine, my wife and I were quickly seated and enjoyed refreshing balsamic house salads and a delicious, satisfying deep dish veggie pizza called Lou's, served with fantastic service, a fun rock music atmosphere, and standout bruschetta with perfectly seasoned fresh tomatoes and crispy yet soft bread, making for one of the best Chicago deep dish pizza experiences I've had, comparable to my favorite spots back home in Seattle, with quick online ordering and timely delivery available even in extreme cold, friendly attentive staff, a busy lively ambiance, and a well-run operation that knows how to handle busy times efficiently, all of which make me eager to return on my next visit.
