I've discovered this awesome coffee joint called the Mies-van-der-Roast, and let me tell you, their coffee is solid. As a coffee enthusiast, I've tried most of their brews and they've impressed me so far. However, I have to steer clear of the decaf as it doesn't sit well with my stomach. Despite a few shaky shakes, the Mies-van-der-Roast reigns supreme over the chain coffee spots, offering a funky vibe and a diverse staff that makes it a cultural hotspot on campus.
