The mutton biryani here is incredibly flavorful, with tender lamb and perfectly balanced spices that never overwhelm the palate. The consistent quality and generous portions keep me coming back, and the service, especially from Gulam, adds a warm, welcoming touch. Growing up with Indian cuisine in LA, I can confidently say this is some of the most authentic and delicious Indian and Pakistani food I've found in the area.
