09/08/2023 - Disappointing
Walked into the Union at 5 PM the restaurant was hardly busy. No one acknowledged us not even the bartender waved and said hey, I see you and I’ll be right with you, so for several minutes we stood there and we left disappointed, we went to your competitor and got waited on immediately. Perhaps you should realize that you’re losing customers because you’re not staffing up properly at the front entrance or training someone greet the customers!!! we certainly don’t mind waiting for a table as long as we’re acknowledged, but that did not happen ! You could do better!
