La Hacienda in Chico impressed me with its cleanliness, inviting atmosphere, and attentive servers who were always ready to assist. The garlic shrimp enchiladas stood out as a delicious highlight, with generous portions of flavorful shrimp spilling out of each enchilada. The accompanying sides of rice, beans, and salad, along with the flavorful dressing provided, added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

The food is bland and the service use to be much better

They were very rude to me. I went outside to finish my drink that I paid for and smoke because they didn't have any to go cups. . They came out and took my glass assuming I was taking it when I just wanted to finish it and smoke. I would bring it back in. I did not hide the glass when I walked out. If I was going to take it I would have hidden it. 🙄
I called to say what was up and got hung up by either the hostess or manager. I will never return. Glad I left no tip. I've never been so insulted in my life. I was a customer since the early 2000s no more! 👎👎👎👎
