Dining at Papacitos was an outstanding experience with flavorful, fresh food and prompt, courteous service that made the meal truly enjoyable. The tortilla soup stands out as exceptional, and the sparkling Margaritas add a fun, unique twist to the drink menu. With a welcoming atmosphere and consistently great offerings, returning for another visit is a certainty.

Best Mexican in Oroville by a long shot. Consistently good food. Tortilla soup the best I've ever had. Great chips and salsa. Moderate prices.

I love papacitos has very good mexican food, but if you go there, you HAVE to try their "sopa de tortilla" tortila soup, it is the best soup i have EVER had, it is to die for!
