I've discovered an incredible wing spot that absolutely lives up to the hype. The buffalo hot wings are perfectly cooked with a sauce that stands out, and the handmade Big J burger is packed with flavor, even in its simplicity. With a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, I can't wait to return and try more from their menu.

ZERO out of 5 stars, the worst customer service experience, they are completely understaffed (the one staff member they did have working was also extremely rude) and they are ultimately unwilling to help with an issue they had with the order tickets in the restaurant.
I ordered my food online and arrived at my allotted time with my reciept. When I arrived I was quickly told that my order never came through. 30 minutes of waiting later and multiple pleas to the waitress, I was left with no resolution. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience. From the screaming waitress who rolled her eyes at the situation to a promise that the owner would resolve my issue at some point if I leave my credit card indormation, I will not be back. I hope this review saves at least one person some frustration and money
