I always enjoy ordering from the traditional menu because the food is fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients like chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and general Tso's chicken. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make every visit pleasant, and the quick, reliable service with generous portions keeps me coming back for lunch or dinner.

I always go for the classic items on the menu and the food never disappoints. While the setting may not be fancy, the service is always friendly and welcoming. It's my top pick for Chinese cuisine in Cincinnati with its delicious, freshly made dishes. The chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and general Tso chicken are my favorites, and the vegetable chop suey is a must-try. The lunch carryout is consistently fresh with generous portions, and the timing and packaging are always on point. China Island is a cozy, no-frills spot run by a friendly team, making it my reliable choice for a satisfying meal.
