The sushi at Cloud 9 in Cincinnati is hands down the best around, with a half-off dine-in deal that's hard to beat. While the location may not be impressive and parking is limited, the delicious food and attentive service make it worth a visit. Despite the small, basic restaurant space, the quality and value of the sushi make it a regular spot for me in the city.
