The BBQ in Cincinnati is no joke - people here really know their stuff when it comes to smoking meat. It takes a lot of care and attention to get that perfect combination of flavor and tenderness. Sweets and Meats BBQ does catering mostly, but you might catch their truck open for walk-up customers on Beechmont Ave. near Sutton Ave. I finally got to try their beef brisket sandwich with two sides, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The meat was cooked just right, juicy and flavorful, and the sides were delicious too.
