The brisket here is seriously tender and flavorful, and the ribs and sausage did not disappoint either. The pulled pork can be hit or miss-sometimes dry-but the smoked turkey always delivers juicy, balanced flavor. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable, and the sides like coleslaw, beans, and banana pudding are solid additions.
