I had an incredible experience at Bar One Sushi, where the salmon was rich and buttery, and the specialty rolls were bursting with flavor while still allowing the freshness of the fish to shine through. The attentive service made the meal even more enjoyable, and I was thrilled to find a creative menu that offered both traditional sushi and unique rolls, although I do wish they had more lunch specials to attract the downtown crowd.
