08/12/2010 - Horrible Food, Horrible Service
I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. My wife and I went for our anniversary. Appetizers were good. My wife's veal scaloppini was thick and tough. We sent it back and the waitress returned and told us that the chef said it was fine and that is the way it is prepared. If we wanted it redone or another dish, we would have to pay for the thick, tough veal scaloppini as well as for the new dish. The chef then came out and in a very angry tone said the same thing. We told them to remove it from the check and we would pay for the rest and leave. He refused and called the Olmstead Falls police. After the police spoke with the chef, they told him to take what he could get and to remove the inedible dish from the check. We paid the remainder and left, never to return.
