Umami Moto has quickly become my go-to food truck, especially after trying their Korean Burrito for the first time. The combination of bulgogi beef, kimchi fried rice, and daikon slaw is bursting with flavor, and the sweet potato tater tots with curry aioli are simply irresistible. Each visit leaves me eager for more, and I can't wait to return for another delicious meal!
