Made me a sub with everything i did not ask for and none of what i did request. My kids buy pizza there pretty often so they're good customers. I just don't buy anything there.

The manager's professionalism was unacceptable. I expressed my concern about a mobile order I placed when picking it up. There were extra items and an item I ordered wasn't there in conjunction with a coupon code that was offered. The manager kept expressing how it wasn't his concern, and he wasn't in control of online orders. He sarcastically suggested that he could throw some wings in the oven but I would have to wait and pay full price. I told him that would defeat the purpose of me using the coupon so not to worry about it. He continued on about how they don't make the rules, which is when I said "I already said I am not ordering the wings, leave it alone!" I then asked if I could get my ranch dressing I ordered. The cashier proceeded to get it, which he told the cashier not to give it to me, until I showed him I ordered it. And he told her not to give me anything else. I didn't appreciate his attitude, especially being that I'm spending my money. Furthermore, coming from an establishment who has on more than one occasion failed to meet simple standards, such as slicing the pizza up. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning.
