Chocolate at Malley's is a must for me whenever I'm in CLE. The Southpark Mall location is always bustling, especially on Black Friday. Despite the crowds, the associates were incredibly helpful and even offered to wrap my gifts for me. Their friendly service and delicious samples make it a worthwhile stop every time.
