If I could give 10 stars I would! Everything was great last night from the Piasano pizza to the salad! And this is only a pick up and delivery restaurant!! My go to.

Thin, hand-tossed, deep dish, and Chicago! Love them all. People knocking this place should just stay home and eat there frozen jacks pizza!

If you like to eat Chicago style pizza with soggy dough crust, this is the place to go! If you like uncooked meat and missing ingredients, this is a winner! Tried this place out tonight after reading a couple of positive reviews. Big mistake.The massive $30 pizza went straight to the trash since it wasn't edible. I never write reviews, in fact, this is my very first one. I did not call to complain because we all know what happens to “returned food”. Lesson leaned. Will not be back.

I love authentic Chicago Pizza deep dish, so I had high hopes. I ordered a large with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and Italian sausage. It definitely looked the part on the inside, but they have some work to do improving the inside. Sauce is too sweet. It definitely needed to be cooked longer (or not have such a thick bottom crust) as you can see by the doughy bottom. A was light on the meats. I hope they'll improve as they're the only place offering true Chicago deep dish in town.

Update: I just received a response from the owner. He said if I don't like it too bad, "Won't change it." He also dismissed the issue of the undercooked, doughy crust where I literally showed him a pic of the bottom crust being just dough. I know what dough looks and tastes like. Oh, and he said if I don't like the lack of meat then pay extra for more. I am never buying from here again. He is a jerk with an ego problem and atrocious grammar.

We love your pizza! I grew up in Illinois and love Chicago style pizza. Many shops attempt the style of pie, but cannot replicate! Your Chicago style is just how I remember. BRAVO!!!!!!
