Sitting down in the distillery, my wife and I had a great afternoon chatting with the owner about his whiskey-making journey while sampling his delicious bourbons. It was just the two of us there, which made for a personal and enjoyable experience as he shared his knowledge and passion for whiskey. We loved the unaged Whistle Stop and the barrel-aged Boxcar, and even brought a bottle home to enjoy on a special occasion!
