I am really upset about this. I ordered two large pepperoni and bacon pizzas right before the game and they gave me one large pepperoni and one large Canadian bacon. When I called to tell them, there was a misunderstanding, they basically stuck to their guns and said that is what I ordered. They said I could bring them back and get it fixed but I was already home and the game had all ready started. Therefore, I asked if I could come during half-time so I could watch the Aggies play, but Ryan, who I am assuming is the manager said no it would have to be right now. He said there was nothing else he could do for me, so I just decided to let it go since I had a house full of hungry guests who came to watch the game.
I really wanted a pepperoni bacon pizza so I ordered a small and went to get it at halftime. When I went to pick it up I was charged full price and was not even met by Ryan or given an apology. This situation is unfortunate because Hungry Howies is my favorite pizza and I get it every week, however, because of this instance, I will not be eating there anymore. Dominos has two topping medium pizzas for $5.99. Looks like that is going to be my new weekly pizza go to.
