Our group of 20 had a wonderful time Saturday evening at our 6:00 wine tasting. We were a group of 10 couples whose children have all left home for college. We formed an "Empty Nesters" group through our church in Sugar Land. Each of the winery employees we encountered couldn't have been nicer. From the girl who greeted us upon walking in the door, to the hostess in the wine bar, and especially our tour guide, Virginia, each one was so accommodating and friendly. We are a fun group who really enjoy each other, so I hope we weren't too overwhelming for Virginia. I'd do the whole thing over again in a heartbeat, as would everyone else in the group whom I've heard from.

Thanks so much for you and Paul stopping by our table in the restaurant by the wine barrels tonight. We have not been to your restaurant in a while (usually go to Christopher's but not anymore!!!) but thoroughly enjoyed our time tonight. Our server, Meredith Yeary, was unbelievable! I should have left her more than 20%, she was that good!
Kim and I definately want to come to a cooking night and the wine Thursday event! You sold us.
I also want to thank you for creating the special wine label for our class of '75 reception you hosted this past fall.
