The super bacon, egg, and jalapeno kolache is absolutely delicious, and the boudin kolaches pack a spicy kick that keeps me coming back weekly. The staff is friendly and efficient, the pastries are always fresh, and with prices around a dollar each, it's a convenient and affordable breakfast option just across from Bryan High School.
