The food at this Asian restaurant in Windsor is consistently delicious and served quickly, making it a favorite of mine for both dining in and takeout. With generous portions, friendly service, and a variety of gluten-free options, every visit leaves me excited to return for more.

My husband and I ordered here for take out. We got the sesame chicken and General tao Chicken with fried rice and two orders of wantons. The food was AWFUL!!! the chicken was over cooked, broccoli undercooked and there was almost no cheese in the wantons. The fried rice had no eggs or vegetables in it, just white rice with soy sauce. My husband just had surgery for testicular cancer so we ordered out since we both love chinese. When we decided to call and complain the manager told me it was fine to bring all the food back and we would be refunded. Then the owner called me back and said that if theres more then three bites gone we cant bring it back. We decide to go in anyways. The owner is so rude and has the WORST customer service skills I think I have ever seen. She said there was too much food missing to which I explained to her that I gave some to my dog to see if he even liked it. She starts telling us she will only do 50% refund and is saying I ordered the food for my dog when I obviously ordered it for myself. SHe started yelling at us and told us we can never come back. When she finally did refund the money she threw it on the counter and told us to buy better dog food. I myself have went there in the past and never liked their food but decided to give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. I thought the customer was always right? I will never be returning and neither will anyone I know. Mind you she treated a couple like this who just found out their husband has testicular cancer and shortly have to start chemo. WHat a horrible place, horrible lying staff and an all out cruel owner. Chilli Thai in Windsor is way tastier, you get more food and the staff is so sweet, not to mention its way cheaper.
