We have gotten our ground beef from them for years and it's always been good. The last purchase was supposed to be 98% fat free. Two pounds of ground beef rendered 3/4 cup of fat after being cooked.Needless to say we will not be buying any meat products from them again.we payed for lean ground beef and got fat.

A few months ago, I brought a pig to be processed at this place. I waited to share my review until we had tried various cuts, and I'm pleased to say that everything turned out great - from perfectly cut chops to delicious breakfast sausages and cheddar jalapeño brats. The communication was smooth, and the pickup process was easy.
