Every visit to this cozy Telluride restaurant feels like stepping into a lively celebration where the bartenders craft impeccable cocktails and the Asian-inspired small plates never fail to impress. The wagyu beef, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, lingers in my memory alongside the vibrant, unexpected combinations like venison arancini and spicy duck buns. With music filling the air, servers dancing through the room, and an atmosphere buzzing with warmth and energy, it's a dining experience that stays with you long after the last bite.
