This Mexican restaurant in Colorado surpasses options in Metro Denver, Greeley, and Fort Collins with its delicious combination plate featuring a shredded beef taco, shredded beef enchilada, and pork tamale, all served in a beautiful lodge-like ambience with friendly service and great prices.
