Best spot ever

I called today to do a curbside pickup and was told they weren't doing curbside. So I drove 20 minutes across town and the drive through was closed. I actually drove to to the window and called back to say I had my dog in the car and couldn't come in. She told me to go ahead and bring her in. The problem was someone was right inside the window and could easily have helped me. There were two employees talking at the open back door and one customer (?) in the store along with other employees. I left upset. I got a lot of apologies but no help. My daughter picked up cookies for me last week to take to my dads retirement home and they wouldn't let her use my 10$ off. I have always bought my dad cookies for the assisted living home but will no longer do that. You lost a good customer. Great cookies- poor service
