I used to enjoy this place but the last few times I have eaten here the food has been over seasoned, they use too much salt and too much rub. It seems to me they use the same spices and seasonings on the French fries as they do the ribs and brisket.

The food used to be subtlety and well seasoned and the main entrees were delicious. But now they just heavily coat everything in the same seasoning and spices and handfuls of salt, and to top it off it’s all over cooked until it is dry and brittle,

I am not sure the cooks (I hesitate to say Chef) even tastes the dishes before it is served to the customer; if the cooks did they would know salt cannot cover the lack of proper seasoning.

the last three times I have tried to enjoy the food here, knowing I absolutely used to enjoy eating here, it was difficult. I cannot eat here again until I hear things have improved.

honestly the only thing that saved me from the French fries was the water.
