I witnessed smoke coming from the shop as I drove by, prompting me to turn around and investigate. Despite arriving just after closing time, a kind lady opened the gate, offering us samples of various jerky flavors and types. Her hospitality and the high-quality jerky made the experience enjoyable and worth recommending to fellow travelers.
