5/7/17 6:31pm Store #409 I went into location to place a to-go order, staff greeted me and were friendly. I placed my order and watched as they cut meat and prepared order. The sandwich was dropped and part of meats fell on counter and some on the floor, staff member hesitated twice in discarding and said it's still good when Alece(Mgr.) immediately handled the situation very respectively and professional towards me and the staff member (possibly in training). I was very pleased with her actions. I believe she is a strong asset to Dickey's and deserves to be recognized highly for her service! I would hire her in a heartbeat! She's on top of her game and runs a good ship!
