The food at this establishment is both creative and substantial, with standout dishes like the French onion soup and Korean pork sandwich. The patio offers a dog-friendly area, and the kitchen was accommodating by staying open a few minutes late for our group. The hibiscus lemonade was a standout drink, and the overall experience was characterized by great food, reasonable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Everything is quality, and reflects that the chef went the extra mile to get it right and to get the best organics.
Menu choices are well thought out and offer something for everyone, including vegans and gluten free. Have been to Eatery 66 numerous times over recent years and have never been disappointed, not even during the busiest eating times. My go to place for food and drink in the county and this part of Colorado.
