I had a unique experience along the Arkansas River, enjoying a delicious hamburger and thick shake. Despite a bit of a wait, the food came out quickly, and everything from the crispy fries to the creamy soft serve was fantastic!

I'm not one to badmouth a small business, but I feel like I have to share this review. My family and Iwent to K's for lunch today and had a very unfortunate experience. I ordered a regular hotdog, and a kid's hotdog meal. My wife noticed that the regular hotdog comes with condiments already on, and our daughter won't eat that. I immediately went inside to ask them to hold the condiments and the cashier went back to tell the cook. When I got the meal it had ketchup, mustard and relish on it. I went back inside and asked for another hotdog. The cook refused to get me another one and said that he made what was on the order. The cashier refused to do anything for me, as well. I was absolutely shocked that they were refusing me a replacement even though I took the time to ask them to hold everything beforehand. The customer that was waiting for his food was shocked, as well. I have never seen customer service like this before. I ended up having to order an entire new hotdog and the cashier mistakenly rung me up for an entire meal and I didn't realize until I got back to picnic table. This was one of the most blatantly awful customer service experiences I've ever had. As a small business owner I would never think to treat a customer like this. I hope you guys get it together.
