While heading to the Royal Gorge Train ride, I noticed a sign for a nearby winery and decided to stop by afterward for a tasting. The building looked humble from the outside, almost like a cattle barn, but inside was charming with friendly service and generous pours of delicious Colorado wines that truly impressed me.

I recently stumbled upon a charming winery while en route to the Royal Gorge Train ride. Following our train adventure, we made a spontaneous stop at this modest yet delightful establishment nestled next to a church. Despite its unassuming exterior resembling a cattle barn from afar, the interior exudes a quaint charm that pleasantly surprised me. The cozy bar area offered a selection of wine flights, and I was impressed by the generous pours and the quality of the Colorado wines on offer.
